Preferred Home Care of New York a growing Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area and beyond, is seeking a topnotch, Human Resources Assistant for our Brooklyn Corporate Office. The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for processing, maintaining employee files, and responding to employee inquiries as they arise. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking in Spanish and English.
- Must be able to maintain an outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with candidates and Team Members
- Human Resource experience in the Home Care / Health Care industry is a plus
- Knowledge with HHA Exchange is a plus (offer training)
- Experience with employee verification and background checks (CHRC, E-Verify, HCR)
